不知道我的最高學歷是什麼？
我高中只有休業完畢，以同等學歷報考大學
但是大學又辦退學，那我的最高學歷只有國中嗎？
因為我求職的公司要我到職時附上最高學歷證件影本，我不知道要印什麼給他…

do not be shame not having a college degree , i guess you feel shame as you lied in your CV .
listen, never late, you can still start to learn in university , and until you pass the 3 or 4 years education , try to take a fewe useful courses to get a skill that can carry you on until you finish education.
skills is more important now a days (except medical and engineering ).

但是不應該自己受限於畢萬畢業，而是在專業上沒學到什麼東西，加油💪！
所有你能取得到的證明，有關受教育的證明都可以拿出來。
如果你還有非正式教育的課受證明也可以一併提供。
只要在給對方的書信上做說明即可。
