我在公司是資深員工，卻不被重視到底該不該離職??
職場上，一時不被重視，可以被解釋為新人嘛，資歷淺，還需要磨練。長時間不被重視，很可能就是公司在用人方面 ... 在公司不受重視，和做的不開心，和離職，是三件事。

my advise is : put more hard efforts and time to find another job immediately, but do not leave job until you find another new one, also , try to take few days off, set back and think why you are not important to your company ? is you that you are under qualified ? or the company do not have a clear target and future plan ? if you know the answers then you will know what to do .
