外商公司內轉面試結果
各位前輩好,目前在外商半導體公司擔任快三年的工程師,因最近有意往國外發展因此投了公司內部的職缺
4/12 第二次面試
4/18 詢問HR結果但HR尚未得到team那邊回覆
4/24 詢問Hire manager關於面試feedback如下:
We had positive impression, and you cab bring knowledge and we don't have
in our team yet. There is some doubt in the communication and level of
English. You did not always understand our questions for example. However
we also understand if you onsite local and have to speak English every day
expection that you will improve fast. We have 2 more candidates, hopefully we can have them on Friday. After that, we will make final decison. So hopefully
before the weekend we can give you the result.
但到了這週五都沒收到任何消息,想請問是不是沒什麼希望了呢?
因為對這個職缺很有興趣,所以對結果感到很焦慮

目前感覺是卡在評估您語言能力上，但是滿意您其他能力的，建議您可以再回覆mail表達自己會再精進自己的語言能力，以及您符合其他條件可以幫公司創造那一些效益，讓用人單位去評估。

If you are interested in the new function, you shall talk with the hiring manager directly.
Communication in English is important. However, language is just language, and the key is well aligned with each other. Make sure to work well between team members instead of good speaking.
Some suggestions as follows:
1. Make a learning plan to improve your communication in English.
2. Talk with the hiring manager on how to join their team. What do the conditions or requirements need to suit the new function?
3. Try to find other opportunities outside of the current company. This is a backup plan.
