Also, check on LinkedIn who works at the company you want to work at and message them directly, ask THEM for advice and maybe you can even ask for the person responsible for HR. DO NOT apply to jobs directly from job banks (they receive plenty of applications EVERY day). Instead, go knock on their door, make a phone call, find the right people through LinkedIn even Facebook. Show the company how badly you want that position and why you are the right candidate for them to choose. Good luck :)
