TL;DR Imaging you are talking to a 5yr-old.

When you speak, and your audience is not English mother tone. Please tone down your speaking.
I would suggest you to write down your interview script and practices.
1. Ppl mumbling when they are nervous. Force yourself to talk slower, louder, open mouth bigger. (so we hear you clearly)
2. Add more hand gesture. (so we can guess)
3. Use simple words, slag, phrases, and simple sentence. Say "Go up"+ hand gesture instead of "accelerate". (Yes, I mean very simple word)
