Un clear second interview.
I just open 104 two weeks ago, as I have been working oversea, is Taiwanese
Americans, I did got 4-5 invite for first interview, then after, they said will need to go through the head quarters for the second interview. Or after discussion with
the director will let me know. The positions are not for now, it's in two months,
Is this a good sign or they are just waiting for better candidates?
Hi,
It’s a mixed sign — but not necessarily a bad one.
⭐ 1. What YOU can do now (to position yourself strongly)
Send a polite follow-up after 5–7 days
Short, confident, professional:
Dear ___,
Thank you again for the interview opportunity.
I remain very interested in the role and would be glad to participate in the next step with HQ once the schedule is available.
Please feel free to let me know if any additional information is needed.
This keeps you top of mind without appearing needy.
💡 2. My Honest Advice
Based on your situation:
You reopened 104 only 2 weeks ago → already got 4–5 interviews
Overseas background + Taiwanese American profile → highly attractive to HQ
Roles start in 2 months → the delay is about company timing, not your capability
👉 You’re in a good position — don’t assume rejection.
👉 But keep interviewing — don’t wait for any single company.
When companies know you have options, they move faster.
If you want, I can help you:
write a clean follow-up message,
interpret the signals from a specific company,
prepare for the HQ / Director second interview,
review your resume to strengthen your international positioning.
Just let me know.
