There are couple suggestions for you to get some interviews.

1.Prepare your resume
Taiwanese's resume has our own culture. You need to have a profile picture, autobiography. Please fill out all the 104 standard resume template, don't leave any blank.
The biggest trick is... although it is autobiography, do not mention too many detail for your personal life.
Focus on below
-Academic achievement
-In school projects, graduate essay
-Hard skill and knowledge about Analog IC design

3.Networking
I believe you know some profressors, senior students (學長姐） ,or other foreigner school mates. Ask them who is hiring, can they offer you a referral.

Other suggestion on selecting company and role
1.Focus on big tech
These company has more experience to hire, take care foreign employees. HR has more experience on managing VISA, or other applications. They also have higher chance to have managers, coworkers all speak English.

2.Be flexible on your job title & content
Foreigner finding first job is difficult. I personally went through these couple years ago. You might not able to get 100% you want. Set up a broader goal, get a job first. If you cannot get a Analog IC designer job, accept whatever ID design job etc.
After you land on a first one, the following transition will be easier.

I personally feel... Taiwanese company especially bigger tech accept foreigner don't speak Chinese. I won't say it's a lot of foreigner, but there is some. So, keep your faith, keep trying~
