剛到職沒幾天就想考慮第二順位的公司
最近到新公司報到不久，但發現工作內容和面試時說的有點不同，加上公司的風氣和一些不合理的規定也不太適合我，於是有了想再找其他工作的念頭，前幾天在看人力銀行的職缺時， 發現當時第二順利的公司還有在徵人，當時的第一面已經通過了，而對方有再接著約第二面，但那時已選擇了目前的公司，所以就婉拒了二面的機會。
此時我再詢問此公司二面的機會時，該如何開口呢？對方應該會覺得原公司不是待的好好的嗎，怎才到職幾天，就想換工作。
應該還好，剛到職發現不對也是正常，你就表明有意願參加下面的流程，至於有沒有安排就看對方，反正給彼此一個機會，有也好沒有也沒關係，沒有就另外看別的機會｡

In the current company, if you observe nothing can help your future career, you shall go. However, you need at least 3 months to figure out it.
Every position/company can give you something however you need to spend time to find out it.
In case, you decide to contact another company, just check whether they want to give you the 2nd shot.
If you get the opportunity, they might question why you don't take the chance last time, you shall state your story honestly.
Then they might ask another question to you about "in case you find the similar problem in our company, what plan you will make?"
The good answer could be, I will try to communicate with my supervisor, make a plan to suit the job. Then you shall ask one question to the HR, does this company help employees to get assistance when they need help?

1、請直接打電話給跟你聯繫的人資問是否還有機會面試，再來就要看職缺是否還在(網路上刊登不一定代表還有缺，沒有下架的原因有很多)，
2、看看該公司會再面試婉拒二面的人選嗎?有些公司是不會!
3、這個問題，沒有答案，唯一答案是打電話去問吧!
