If you are interested in working in Taiwan, I recommend that you visit the website of the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) of the Ministry of Labor. The WDA provides information on job opportunities in Taiwan, as well as information on the visa and work permit requirements for foreign workers.
I hope this information is helpful. Good luck with your job search!

Hello! I understand your situation as you step into the workforce. Being a recent graduate and a foreigner indeed poses dual challenges. Particularly, you mentioned being asked about Chinese proficiency even when applying for jobs in the foreigner section. This might be because some companies require Chinese for communication with clients or partners, or they see knowledge of Chinese as an additional advantage.

I suggest emphasizing your English proficiency and other skills in your resume while expressing your willingness to learn Chinese. Some companies may value your attitude towards language learning. Additionally, consider enrolling in Chinese language courses to improve your Chinese proficiency, which will also enhance your competitiveness in the workplace.

I hope you find a suitable job soon! If needed, 104 is ready to assist.
