Before providing suggestion to improve your CV, may I have a look at your CV so far?

Besides, if you could let me know what area of industry you are specifically applying for, it would be a great help.

To overcome the language barrier issue, you could probably ask for school's career office, or hire CV editor to help you translate it to suit for local companies based in Taiwan.
