c. Local company gross proceeds higher than 10M/year.
3. your no replies would come from b, minimum salary 47,971 NT/month, the average salary for master freshman in Taiwan is 35,661 NT/Mon in 2020.
4. Key issue should be in the gap of 12,310 NT/Mon, The company can hire a Taiwanese master freshman pay below 40K MT, but if company want to hire you they must pay 47,971 NT/month otherwise the application will be rejected by government.

1. Your advantage would be language, the resume shall highlight that you could handle strong foreign communication and research purpose.
2. the internship may lead you a chance to know someone in industry. go to the managers to see if they have any other chance for introducing you to somewhere else.
3. hiring foreigners would not be a problem for multinational companies. you could more looking at tags "外商" to see if there's any suitable opportunities.
