Why companies are not respond?

1. I completed my masters at National Cheng Kung University. I did not get any responses from company side.
2. Suppose you are a foreigner in NCKU.
3. The company hire you need pay 47971 NT/Mon min, but generally, master fresh man payment 32000 NT/Mon, there are 15000 NT/Mon gap for company.
4. You need to go through professor in NCKU to introduce the job.

Please provide more information in order to let givers more clues find you and help you, I guess without experience is the key, you have to show how you learned and what you learned in the school as well as what you can contribute to the specific company.
